若遇到無法更新版本或無法上傳營業稅資料時
很可能就是SSL 根憑證在作祟

手動更新檔下載:
http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/rootsupd.exe
若遇到無法執行的話,他會出現 不是正確的WIN32應用程式
其實rootsupd.exe本身是自解檔
不能自解的話
那就手動自己來吧
1.先解壓縮到 d: (這樣比較方便執行)
2.打開DOS命令提示 cmd
3.updroots XXXXX.sst (把所有的sst都匯入一次)
這樣應該就沒問題了
